Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Hi, I'm Macy. I'm new here but I'm already learning a lot. I'm learning that going potty outside in the grass gets me a treat! I love my foster mom and dad and their 15-month-old tiny human. She is a lot of fun to play with. I like to be right on your heels in whichever room you are in. I will curl up in a little dog bed next to the dining room table while you eat. I would prefer to be in the big bed with you but if I have to, I will sleep in the doggy crate next to foster mom and Dad's bed. They also have two other dogs here. I really like the girl dog. The boy dog is old and grumpy though, so I don't play with him very much. Sometimes I like to step on your flip flop and nip at your ankles if you're walking away from me and not paying any attention to me. Foster mom and dad say that I act like a puppy even though the shelter that I came from says that I'm three. I don't really know, I just know I'm happy to be here. I really want someone who is going to spend lots of time with me and play with me. My foster family hasn't heard me bark yet.
