Not all DRoH Dogs are listed on our website. New intake dogs are first presented to approved adopters and often get adopted.  We recommend any serious adopter applies to adopt and gets in the DRoH approved adopter queue so they will see the newest dogs as they arrive.

Joy is so happy to have been liberated from the animal shelter! Her tail is in constant wag mode as she follows her new foster humans everywhere. She has gotten along very well with her two foster doggy brothers. This house trained pup is total sweetness as she very quickly settled into her new surroundings. She spends a quiet night in her crate and greets you enthusiastically first thing in the morning. Joy is discovering that there is a whole basket of doggy toys just waiting for her choices. (Be a bit mindful that your sandals on the floor by the back door might be mistaken for toys that have escaped from that toy basket.) She is delighted to accompany you on a walk so Joy gets the leash trained award. She is very attentive and eager to please. This puppy will be a welcome addition to any family!
